Hello, Is there more people than me that experience problems with the Katherine Jenkins Customer Service? I have waited more than 10 days for reply and has tried several times to contact them. This is a warning to buy directly from this site if you are an international customer. The shipping company Emery Fulfilment , Romsey put fake values on proforma invoices, for the CD GBP 130 !! International customers are then subjerct to custom clearance fees. In my cases 54.30GBP which I like Warner Music to take their responisbility for. I do hope that I at least get a reply from either Warner Music or Emery Fulfilment, but is does not look good. Believe was the most expensive CD I ever bought due to this.

I agree with A_Bernstrom. I am from Canada and I didn’t get my package yet. I wrote to customer service last week and no answer yet. This is disappointed. Hopefully, my disappointment is only for a very short time.

There might be a glitch in delivery for some people, but I'd like to confirm from Australia, very prompt and quality delivery. Received my complete package even before some of the people in UK.

I have not receieved the calendar/gifts when I joined, only the CD and membership card. I have tried to contact customer services but cant get through. Why?

I presume you emailed Customer Services through the FAQ link

For anyone having queries, this is the first line of contact

It you have not had any response after three days, please send me a Private message and I will send you issue onto Warners, so that your problem can be escalated.

Warners have requested this information:

* email address

* order number
* exactly what you have done to date
