Must admit that I too was getting a bit worried Russell, just hope the volcano doesn't decide to do anything silly in the next week or so 
We're planning to fly over to Guernsey from Gatwick next Wednesday if all goes to plan.
Failing that it's all over to yours!!

Well, I'm back from Guernsey after a very pleasant week that included seeing Katherine's performances at Beau Sejour. Thoroughly enjoyed both concerts and after the second one although there was no official m & g Katherine came over to a small group of us and happily signed our programs and chatted briefly. Also met up with Russell which was an added bonus!
Have posted the program details for those who might be interested and the words to "Sarnia Cherie" which were include on an insert inside the program. This is the Guernsey National Anthem and apparently both the orchestra and Katherine only had a few hours to learn and rehearse it!!

Hi there.
New joiner to the forum. I live in Guernsey and was over the moon when Katherine announced she was gracing our fair isle with her presence!
The concert on the Saturday was breathtaking and I actually managed to meet Katherine on the Sunday morning. She was so lovely. Thank you Katherine! x
